Mary is incredible! I purchased a home last year that Mary listed; she was representing the Seller and I had a buyer's agent. After closing on the home I struggled to find various vendors for my lawn HVAC etc. My Realtor wasn't great at returning my calls and I remembered hearing that Mary lived in the neighborhood so I contacted Mary for help. It was a bit unconventional for me to reach out to her directly but I'm glad I did. She's been an incredible resource over the last year. Mary is well-connected knowledgable incredibly responsive and somehow always finds a way to go above and beyond for me. For example when I asked her for a HVAC referral for replacing some ducts she provided me with her HVAC contact and then proceeded to CALL HIM FOR ME to make sure I would be taken care of. She made us aware of the changes in the market educated us on where our house would sell and helped us get our house in the condition to sell. Mary is the NUMBER ONE BEST real estate agent that anyone could ever ask for. We first worked with Mary as we bought our first house together and then again when we sold our house when we were transferred to NJ with our jobs. During the buying process Mary was so wonderful even though we probably looked at over 100 houses. She made sure she was on top of the market made us immediately aware if a house came on the market that was in our range made time for us around our crazy work schedules but also realized that if we were not interested in a house there was no reason to push the issue.
